Routine maintenance — like an oil change or pre-season inspection — is usually completed same day or next day. More involved repairs depend on parts availability and the scope of work. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we call with your quote.Where do you source parts?
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever possible, and quality aftermarket parts when OEM is unavailable or not practical. We'll always tell you which type of part we're using before we order it.Do you provide a written quote before starting work?
Yes — every time. We diagnose the machine, then call you with a clear, itemized quote before any repair work begins. You approve it before we proceed.Do I need to make an appointment, or can I just drop off?
Appointments are preferred so we can plan for your machine's arrival, but walk-ins are welcome when we have capacity. Contact us ahead of time to lock in your spot and avoid a wait.
